1 · Application scope and operating subject

Arbor AI (English: Arbor AI) provides organized users with information on-site viewing, work results management, remote synergies and cloud AI support services.This policy applies to the above App services and related technical support and does not replace separate enterprise contracts.

China Continental and International Area Services are provided by the same record operating entity, the entity’s name is Joogue Technology (Shenzhen) Limited, the English name is Arbor Standard (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The organization is responsible for the allocation of accounts, business resources and operating authorities; we and the organization each take responsibility for the corresponding practical information processing activities.

2 · Information and purposes we process

• Account and organization information: Use for login, identity verification, organization members identification and access control.
• Work Content: The images, videos, three-dimensional models, task information and site-related data you access or provide for viewing, synchronization and results management.
• Meeting and sharing content: audio video, meeting information, and the space or screen content you actively share for remote communication; the visible range is controlled by the members of the meeting and the organization’s authorities.
• Cloud AI and Voice Input: The text, voice and business subtitles you submit for completion of requests are used to identify requests, generate results and perform authorized workflows.
• Technical and support information: the network, equipment and failure information required for the operation of the service, as well as the consulting content you submit, used for connection, security maintenance and problem handling.

3 · Equipment authority and initiative sharing

The camera is used for video communications you open, the microphone is used for voice input or audio communication. screen broadcast is actively launched by you and may contain personal or business information displayed on the screen; please close the content that other participants do not want to see before sharing.

You can manage the camera and microphone permissions in the system settings and stop sharing through the application or system control. Refusing the relevant permissions will affect the features that depend on that permission. Space sharing differs from the data range on the screen broadcast, please follow the features when used.

4 · Third Party Services and Information Processing

We use cloud infrastructure and storage, audio-video communications, messages, AI and voice processing, and third-party services to provide you with the appropriate features. processing range may include the necessary account ID, network connection information, audio-video and the content you submit, depending on the features you use.

Organizational administrators and authorized participants can access the collaboration content within their jurisdiction.The corresponding notification, authorization and protection requirements apply when it involves personal information or cross-border processing to independent third parties; additional description in specific functions is also an important basis for you to understand the processing.

5 · Service area and data storage

You can manually select the service area offered by the application: when choosing the Continental China Service, the application connects the Continental China System, the relevant business data is stored in Tencent Cloud China Region; when choosing the International Zone Service, the application connects the International Zone System, the relevant business data is stored in Singapore or the German Frankfurt Data Center.

The app’s download area does not limit the service area you choose, nor determine the location of data storage.The app downloaded from stores outside of China Continental can also choose the China Continental Services; the specific system and storage location depend on the service environment you choose.

The above storage location describes the relevant business data and does not represent the entire processing location of network transmission, technical support, backup and third-party services. please combine the selected service environment and the corresponding functional description to understand the scope of data processing.

6 · Data storage and deletion

We determine the storage period of information based on the time, data nature, the use of the accounts and organizations, as well as the applicable legal storage obligations.

You can submit a request for deletion or cancellation through technical support. you need to verify your identity, data scope and organizational permissions before processing; the information and organizational shared records required by law will not necessarily be deleted together with the account cancellation. we will explain the scope of the request processing.

7 · Your Choice and Request

You may contact us for access, correction, deletion of personal information, cancellation of your account, withdrawal of permits or complaint.The business information administered by the organization can first contact the organization administrator; the personal information that we process can be requested through the technical support channels.

Please provide only the information required for location issues and identity verification, and do not send a password, verification code, complete business details or non-related personal information via ordinary mail.

8 · Security, Minors and Policy Updates

Please keep your account properly and use the services only within the authorized scope.When the account is unusual or suspicious information flows, please contact us in a timely manner with the organization administrator.

This service is intended for organizational work scenes and is not designed exclusively for children.When the use involves minors, the necessary organization and guardian authorization and applicable protection requirements shall be confirmed.The age rating of the store is not equal to the account qualification or personal data processing authorization.

If a policy changes, the date of update and important changes will be indicated; the content required to be re-informed or obtained authorization will be processed in the appropriate manner.
