1 · The scope of services and agreements

Arbor AI provides live video viewing, work results management, panoramic meetings, space sharing and cloud AI supporting capabilities. actual availability depends on version, service area, organization configuration and your permissions.

The service is provided by the APP Registry Subject, the subject name is Joogue Technology (Shenzhen) Limited, the English name is Arbor Standard (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. This Agreement describes the rules of use of the App, not naturally replacing the service agreement signed separately by your organization, nor excludes the rights granted by applicable law.

2 · Account and organization authorization

Please use the accounts you have the right to use, do not misuse the identity of others, avoid access control or provide organizational resources to unauthorized persons.

If your account is lost, permissions are unusually disabled or people leave the job, please contact the organization’s administrator and technical support in a timely manner.

3 · Content, sharing and meetings

You should have the right to access, upload, and share the content you use, and respect the privacy, intellectual property and confidentiality obligations of others. please confirm the necessary authorizations and notifications before the opening of a meeting, space sharing, screen broadcast or recording.

Please do not share sensitive information, or use the Services to carry out violations of rights, violations of law and interference with the Services.When you receive relevant issues reports, we will be processed in combination with facts and applicable rules.

4 · AI Assistance and Operating Safety

Cloud AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. please check before using it for local judgment, operating arrangements or other important decisions; AI does not replace the professional judgment, local inspection or necessary approval of qualified staff.

The use of the service is not exempt from security on the site, operating qualifications and necessary artificial confirmation responsibilities, and does not represent the ability of App to provide autonomous control of all devices.

5 The Service Area

China Continental and the International Region Services connect their own systems.Optional areas are not limited to the Download area by the App Store; the description of the areas and data storage is viewed in the Privacy Policy.Let's know the account, permissions and data availability of the target environment before switching.

6 · Service arrangements and costs

The service scope, costs and delivery arrangements of the organization are based on the content that has been explicitly notified or agreed separately.This Agreement does not automatically create subscription, automatic renewal or new payment obligations.

The applicable App License Terms should remain adjacent when you access the App through Apple.This page does not replace the Terms between Apple and the User.

7 · Service Change and Cancellation

We will describe important changes and processing arrangements in appropriate circumstances; the service will always be uninterrupted or the output will always be guaranteed correct.

When you terminate the use or organize the service to stop, please learn about the termination of the account, data export and deletion arrangements through administrators and technical support.
